Healthy, natural hair care is basically a very simple undertaking, here are some tips for your routine:
Use only gentle, non-detergent based shampoo - ours is an excellent gentle cleanser. Wash your hair infrequently, whilst at first, this might feel uncomfortable, you will soon see the benefits as the squeaky clean feeling we have been taught is, in essence, hair that has been stripped of its natural protective oil.
Condition your hair monthly with a natural herbal rinse that is suitable for your hair type. Massage your scalp thoroughly every few days or at least once a week. Brush your hair as often and for as long as you can each day with a clean natural bristle brush.
