100% Organic, these raw sprouted  crackers are delicious as well as being nutritional powerhouses.
Flax and sunflower seeds are combined and soaked to sprout, they are combined with grated carrot, red bell pepper, celery, tomato, garlic, shoyu sauce, cayenne and  salt. These crackers are then dehydrated at a temperature between 105 F/41 C and 115 F/46 C to preserve nutrients, enzymes and flavour.
