100% Organic, these fiery raw sprouted  crackers are delicious as well as being nutritional powerhouses.
Flax, sunflower and pumpkin seeds are combined, soaked to sprout, they are then combined with grated carrot, red bell pepper, celery, tomato, garlic, shoyu sauce, cayenne and Himalayan mineral  salt.
This mixture is then dehydrated at a temperature between 105 F/41 C and 115 F/46 C to preserve nutrients, enzymes and flavour for 24 hours to produce a nutrtional powerhouse that is absolutely delicious
Scrumptious on their own or with Hummus or other dips or cheese. Comes in a Tasty version too for less heat. These Crackers really are a salad in a cracker.
